Newgrange

Costs for Touring England & Ireland:
The cost of the trip will be approximately $3600. This includes round-trip airfare between the US & UK, flight between England and Ireland, all coach (bus/van) travel within England and Ireland, all accommodations, which are mainly hostels and hotels and some, but not all, meals. Light breakfasts are included with accommodations. Final arrangements for meals are still being negotiated with hotel and hostel owners, but it is likely that all lunches and most evening meals will not be included in this cost.

May 14^th Day 2: Arrive into London Heathrow airport where the coach will meet you to take to your accommodations in London City Center, free afternoon, evening meal together (Overnight London,breakfast, dinner)

May 15^th: Full day at Flag Fen return to London ( Overnight London, City Center Breakfast)

May 16^th: Full day tour in London starting with the British Museum and then your guide will meet you to take to other significant sites in London (Overnight London City Center, breakfast)

May 17^th Pick up at 9:00 AM in front of hotel transport by Avon Mini Bus hire booked

Avebury,(free access to site) and if time allows Silbury Hill. (Overnight Avon Gorge Hotel)

May 18^th5:15 AM meet in lobby of hotel and go to Stonehenge for access to inner circle. Arrive for 6:45 AM- 7:45 AM. Day will continue for Bristol walking tour, Roman Baths with final stop at an English Country Pub.

May 19^thToday you will depart from Bristol airport at 12:25 for flight to Knock Airport (County Mayo ) where you will be met by Kennedy Coaches and travel to Westport County with a stop at Museum of Country Life Museum in Castlebar.(Overnight Westport)

May 20^th: Travel to Achill Island to visit the Deserted Village and Achill Field school. ( Return to Westport that afternoon or evening)

May 21^st: Full day at Ceide Fields and return to Westport for the evening before departing Mayo (Overnight Westport)

May 22^nd:Depart Westport for Dublin with possible stop at Carrowmore Megilithic Tombs, or Creevykeel before you reach Armagh. (Overnight Armagh)

May 23^rd: Morning visit to Navan Fort, depart Navan and head back down to County Meath. (Overnight Newgrange Lodge, County Navan)

May 24^th: Visit to Newgrange, and Knowth return to Dublin for last few days in Ireland, possibly a stop at Hill of Tara (Overnight Central Hotel, Dublin)

May 19^thArrive into Knock airport and transfer to Galway City Center for the afternoon free.

May 20^th, Depart for Ferry from Rossaveal to Aran Islandfor a visit to Dun Aonghasareturn to Rossaveal where your coach will pick you up. (Overnight Sleepzone, Galway City)

May 21st Free afternoon to Explore Galway City or take a short excursion to Connemara and visit to Connemara National Park/ Kylemore abbey. ( Overnight Sleepzone Galway)

May 22^ndDepart Galway and head to Dublin for first stop at Clonmacnoise,then onto Dublin City Center. (Overnight Central Hotel, Dublin City Centrebreakfast

May 23^rdNational Museum for an 11:00 am guided tour (please arrive 15 minutes prior to booking) check in at the information desk. Afternoon visit to Dublin Castle

May 24^th Depart Dublin and travel to County Meath and visit Lough Crew and possibly Hill of Tara. (Overnight Newgrange Lodge)

May 25^thMorning visit to Navan Fort County Armagh and then drive back down to Newgrange for an afternoon visit to Newgrange. Or alternatively we could do both Newgrange and Knowth (Overnight, Newgrange Lodge County Meath, breakfast, BBQ dinner )
